These are the FAQ: The space is about 700+ sq ft, with a lil office that should be around 200 sq ft. It's in the wynwood area of Miami, which is about 10 blocks west of the design district -no more than 15 mins off South Beach. I have a profoto 1200 pack with two heads, two alienbees 1600 heads, umbrellas -48 and 60 inches-, octobox, beauty dish, 2 small and 1 large softboxes, and I do have some props here and there. *Note* Im not renting a motel! So I don't rent it by the hour.
