I am an amateur photographer in the Capital District preferring a hand-on approach and learning as I go as opposed to book learning. In the two years I've been shooting I think I've come a long way! My current project is a site dedicated to US troops called patrioticpinups.com. My goal is to shoot pinup style photos and post them for our armed servicemen (and women) to enjoy while they're stationed or fighting far from home. Hopefully it gives them a little encouragement, just as the pinups of the 40's and 50's did for our soldiers then. So if you are a model and interested in that genre of photography, contact me! Creative criticism is always appreciated. I'm pretty driven to do the best work possible. I work out of my home using a Canon D60 and an Elan 7. My wife does hair and makeup and on occasion we work with other MUA's depending on the project.
