I have been working heavily in the fitness business for quite some time now in the ways of product endorsements, shooting editorials, modeling for various companies such as International Male, Under Gear, and Otomix just to name a few. I am also lucky enough to have appeared on well over one hundred national and international magazine covers and write columns for many of them. I work as the editor-in-chief of a South African based magazine called "M". A bit like "Maxim" meets "Muscle and Fitness" is the best way to describe it. I shoot many of the pictures myself for the editorials as well as a few layouts. I work as an actor having had my own show on ESPN titled "Co-Ed Training" and costarred on "Body Shaping for a few episodes. I have had other lead roles on television shows such as "Battle Dome" in which I played the "Commander". I've starred alongside Pamela Anderson on a few episodes of V.I.P., next to Geena Lee Nolin on "Sheena, Queen of the Jungle", and Jennifer Garner on "Alias". I've had costarring and starring roles in films such as "Batman and Robin" and Ridley Scott's "Kingdom of Heaven" and I recently played "Grendel" in this year's up and coming release of the live action "Beowulf". I try to keep submerged in many things work wise and love every minute of it!
